Our mission is to provide continuous support and advance health equity for those in the community by addressing and improving social determinants of health.

Teresina Simmons,RN, CHW,CLS,CD,STMW
Teresina Simmons is the Founder and Executive Director of Regal Family Services and Founder and CEO of Regal Aspire, LLC. She is a Registered Nurse, RN Consultant, Doula and Doula trainer, Perinatal Educator, P.A.I.L advocate, Community Health Worker (CHW) Instructor, CPR Instructor, Certified Lactation Specialist, Mental Health First Aid advocate, health and wellness educator, and student midwife.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare she has assisted in a number of pilots, trainings, and educational sessions within the community surrounding such topics as COVID/ vaccine hesitancy, health literacy, patient advocacy, Doula work, community health work, nutrition, financial literacy and parenting. As a RN consultant, she has also provided direct assistance and/or mentorship to individuals and community organizations to create and/or streamline processes and implement programs to strengthen families and improve social determinants of health.
Teresina is committed to the education, empowerment, and advocacy for families and communities -especially BIPOC and other disenfranchised populations.
Dr.Lakeeta Watts, CHW,CLS, CD,CPES,STMW
Lakeeta Watts is the founder/Executive Director of Essentially Empowered, Inc, an organization based in Milwaukee that services multiple counties in Southeast Wisconsin. Essentially Empowered, Inc provides youth development opportunities, resource and referral services, trauma-informed programming, and youth doula support.
Lakeeta is a Doctor of Natural and Holistic Medicine, a Full Spectrum Holistic Doula, Certified Lactation Specialist, Mental Health First Aid advocate, and student midwife. She is also a National Community Health Worker (CHW) Instructor, having taught many different topics around the social determinants of health and perinatal health spectrum.
Lakeeta aims to reduce health disparities experienced by people of color through trauma-informed care, advocacy, and policy change.
